Breakfast at La Maison de Léopold is a particularly enchanting moment, an awakening of the senses and a pure moment of conviviality, an opportunity to start the day with energy and vitality.
Every day, our table is set with care and unveils different recipes to surprise you:
Freshly squeezed orange juice, organic and homemade apple juice, homemade yoghurt, jams made by my mom with fruit from the orchard, viennoiserie, fresh bread and homemade cake, eggs cooked to order…..
Our breakfast is the expression of our passion for hospitality and a promise of delicious moments to share, during which I’ll pass on information and tips for discovering the byways of our beautiful Périgord.
Eating out
We offer a table d’hôte dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, when restaurants are closed except in July and August, with a menu including starter, main course, cheese and dessert, made on site from seasonal and local produce, for €24 per person, to be reserved when booking your stay.
During the summer months, a full choice of restaurants open every day means you can spend a pleasant evening in the pretty town of Terrasson, and numerous night-time country markets close to the guest house guarantee successful evenings at low prices savoring the local gastronomy.

The swimming pool
Whether starting the day with a refreshing swim or lounging by the pool with a refreshing cocktail, the swimming pool at La Maison de Léopold is a place where pleasure and well-being meet, and it’s in this enchanting environment that our guests discover a true place of conviviality.
Our 13 x 6-meter saltwater swimming pool, which is not heated, is open from May to the end of September, weather permitting.

Walking tours, outings and bike rides
In the immediate vicinity of the Maison de Léopold, well-marked footpaths guide walkers and cyclists through picturesque villages (the Coly loop, close to one of the “most beautiful villages in France”: Saint-Amand-de-Coly), superb national forests bordered by pleasant waterways, and lakes (Lac du Causse, a green setting), a real invitation to discover the natural and cultural wealth of the region.
So, hikers and bikers, whatever your level of experience and whatever your preferred terrain, there are many paths open to you, allowing you to “recharge your batteries” while blending into the soothing rhythm of local life in Terrasson.
